Managed service package.
You get Unlimited
service calls for every PC that is on the
Plan.
With
our "Platinum" Managed Service
plan you can make a monthly IT budget
that is fixed
instead of worry what
repairs may cost each month!
For example
5 PC's that are monitored and patched
monthly by us cost $475 per month total!
If
one of those PC's needs repairs we will
repair it for FREE (not including parts).
If
you called another company out to repair
any single PC you could pay up to $300 or
more.
If two or more PC's need support
you could pay well over $600 per month on
repairs.
We monitor and patch your PC's,
make sure your Anti-virus is working on
each PC and is up to date, and perform disk
clean ups and defrags monthly to ensure
your PC's are running smooth and fast.
We
can also do asset tracking, License compliance,
and remote support with the monitoring.
