Anime and Computers Direct, Ltd works
as integrators of networks, networking systems, and related technologies. We design, sell, install and support
network solutions for small to mid-size businesses and departments of larger companies. In addition, we provide
systems consulting and analysis as well as creative solutions for Internet access, Internet e-mail, and establishment
of an Internet presence. We are locally owned and operated, serving the Akron and surrounding areas.

LOGICAL FLOW FROM NETWORK DESIGN TO IMPLIMENTATION:
Network
Design: The actual 'nuts-and-bolts' of any networking solution
involves carefully integrated hardware and software components. We will fit these pieces together using the best
offerings from Microsoft, Novell, Compaq, IBM, HP and more to build a custom design which will meet your individual
needs.
Product Selection: Deciding
which products to invest in can be confusing and frustrating. We will use our vast experience to guide you through
this process and offer expert advice about which alternatives are best suited to your needs, and why.
Installation: Once decisions have been reached about
products, design and functionality, it will be necessary to implement these choices. We will provide technical
staff either in-house or sub-contracted to install the network and confirm that each and every intended specification
has been met.
Administration: Day
to day 'housekeeping' work, which is necessary to keep a highly interactive network running smoothly, is provided
as a service. Once a network has been installed, clients will continue to receive individual attention from us
with every aspect of the network's implementation if they choose.
Technical Support: Rapidly evolving technology
requires that system updates and maintenance be performed to keep a network at optimal efficiency. We are viewed,
as a reseller / support representative for the industries top products, will always be up-to-date about issues

On-site
Repair and support services can be performed at your location on either a time-and-materials
basis or on a Scheduled Maintenance Contract. Standard response is first come, first served.
Scheduled Maintenance Contracts
Fixed price contracts were developed to meet the networking needs of businesses,
but are available for all clients who make a commitment to a regular schedule of support and maintenance services.
In exchange for this commitment we offer all of our onsite services discounted from our standard service and support
rates. These discounted rates and services are also available to you for non-scheduled responses, and include an
escalation path allowing you to choose the response level you want.
Preventative Maintenance
One of our technicians will go on-site and perform an examination of your storage
devices, clean the drive heads, run the latest virus detection software, clean and lubricate your printer, and
run diagnostics to ensure your equipment remains operational and performs optimally. Upon completion we provide
you with a detailed description of work performed and a list of issues that may need attention, as well as recommended
solutions.
Backup Services
A Technician will help you plan a recovery strategy in the event of a hardware failure
or loss of data files. After analyzing your system's critical elements, a plan is proposed to provide the appropriate
backup protection. We then perform initial back up, configuration, testing, and verification, followed by scheduled
periodic data backup.
Quality Configuration Center
We are available to specify, recommend, and facilitate equipment procurement. We
can install any network hardware and software products. Upon arrival we will perform all required configuration
to provide the best solution for your desktop requirements.
Onsite Training Services
We offer on-site training for companies interested in keeping their employees up
to date on the latest software and hardware.
