Looks like an art cel
Size: 7x10 inches
These are called Pencil boards or Shitajiki. These plastic writing boards are used by Japanese students under their paper so they have a firmer surface to write on & so the ink will not mark through to other papers. These feature great artwork and are very collectible as well. They are clear & only have a picture on one side. Each measures 7x10". They are new & still in their original factory plastic wrap. A wonderful addition to any Anime collection. These are only available direct import from Japan.
We cannot get anymore of these.
