We are an IT consulting and Technology company that
was founded in 1996.
We are located in Wadsworth,

Our owner James Readnower is our
Senior IT Consultant with over 15 years of experience. His certifications
include CompTia A+, CompTia Network+, and Microsoft MCP and MCSA.
For over 13
years our company has been helping other small and large companies and
occasionally home users with a broad spectrum of IT support options.
Services
include project management, remote and onsite support for laptop and PC repair,
server support and repair, network support and integration.
Other services that
have been integrated over time include managed services, DVR network
integration for camera system remote viewing, and our newest services are
secure asset disposal recycling and e-waste, and Online Data Backup (direct

We are able to accommodate small businesses need for support by providing simple block hours for an easy billing structure so that we can provide support when our client needs it and not have to submit numerous invoices per month. Instead our clients receive one monthly bill for block hours that we apply to the next month if there is an excess of hours left.
For larger clients we can provide support on a contract basis so that we are able to assist with any ongoing project. With our network of IT partners and vendors we are able to provide solutions that might otherwise be overlooked or not in a budget.We now a partner of:
